I found this title when searching for the book associated with long-running Wordpress blog, My Sister's Pantry. That book, Baby Steps to Better Health A Guided Journey in Healthier Eating, came out last year; in the time since, Ms Winfield seems to have helped herself to their title and then wrapped it around an advertisement for, what, better health through ... water products.
Is this some kind of peculiar and opportunistic advertising ploy? I don't get it. Obviously, I'm not the target customer and that's fine, but I'm concerned that an actually valuable guide is being lost behind this advertorial.
Can't wait to make these changes in our household!
